1. Acceptance
By using anirela.com and its services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The site owner is Sergei Peleskov (NIE Y9535954F, Elche, Spain); see the Legal notice.
2. Nature of the service
Anirela provides astrology content generated by artificial intelligence based on the user's birth data. The texts are intended for entertainment and self-knowledge. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice.
3. Minimum age
The service is intended exclusively for users aged 18 or older. By making a purchase or requesting a reading, you confirm that you are 18 or over.
4. Order process
You enter your birth data, receive a free preliminary reading, and may purchase a full reading. Payment is processed via Stripe; once the payment is confirmed, the content is generated and delivered digitally inside the platform and by email.
5. Price and payment
The applicable price is shown before each purchase. We accept card payments and other Stripe-supported methods. Each reading is charged once: there are no automatic subscriptions.
6. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 102 et seq. of Spanish RDL 1/2007 (transposing Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 calendar days from the date of payment to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send a request to [email protected] indicating the email used for the purchase; the refund will be issued through the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the request.
You can also use the refund form to submit your request.
7. AI-generated content
Readings are generated using artificial-intelligence models (Anthropic Claude). The content may contain inaccuracies and must not be the sole basis for important decisions about health, finances, law, relationships or work. Anirela complies with the transparency duty under art. 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act).
8. Limitation of liability
Except where mandatory consumer law prevents it, Anirela is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or decisions taken by the user based on the content provided. In any case, total liability is capped at the amount actually paid by the user during the previous twelve months.
9. Acceptable use
You may not submit third-party data without their consent, attempt to compromise the system's security, automate mass requests, or reuse the content commercially without prior written consent.
10. Intellectual property
The site's design, code and editorial composition are the property of Sergei Peleskov. The user retains the right to make personal use of the reading received after payment.
11. Data processing
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. The version applicable to a purchase is the one in force at the time of that purchase.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of Elche (Alicante), unless mandatory consumer rules grant the consumer a different forum.
