1. Data controller

2. Data we process
We collect: (a) birth data (name, date, time and place) voluntarily provided to compute your natal chart; (b) email address, when you make a purchase or subscribe; (c) technical data (IP, browser language, visit identifier and UTM parameters) for internal analytics; (d) payment data, processed directly by Stripe — Anirela does not store full card numbers.
3. Legal basis and purposes
We rely on the following legal bases: performance of contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) to process your purchase and deliver the reading; consent (art. 6(1)(a)) for processing voluntarily-provided birth data; legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) for technical security logs and fraud prevention.
4. Retention
Birth data and generated readings are kept for 30 days from the last interaction and are then deleted automatically. Contact email is kept until you request deletion. Payment records are retained for the period required by Spanish tax law (4 years, art. 66 LGT).
5. Processors and international transfers
To deliver the service we share strictly necessary data with: Anthropic PBC (reading generation; USA, under EU Standard Contractual Clauses); Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (payments, within the EEA); Resend / SMTP provider (transactional email). We do not sell data to third parties.
6. Security
Birth data (name, date, time and place) is stored encrypted at rest. Communications use TLS. Backups are encrypted and rotated periodically.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability at any time by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
8. Minors
The service is intended for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly process data of minors; if you become aware of any such case, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
Any modification will be published on this page with the corresponding date. Significant changes will be communicated to users with an active account or subscription.
